Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

I. Privacy Policy


1. The Website www.phoenixsglobal.com (hereinafter the “Website”) pays particular attention to protecting the privacy of Participants. The Website selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data, including security, with due diligence programming, such as data encryption systems. In particular, the Website protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law. The Website maintains constant control over the data processing process and limits access to data as much as possible, granting relevant authorizations only if it is necessary for a proper conduct of the recruitment process.


2. The administrator of your personal data is Phoenix Security Global Services with its registered office with Company House In United kingdom, also with Dubai Economical Department ( DED) and in Pakistan with SECP info@phoenixsglobal.com 


3. The basis for the processing of personal data is your consent, authorization to process data necessary to conclude an agreement with the Website for the provision of services and the implementation and settlement of services provided by the Administrator as well as legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator consisting in verifying the identity of the Participants and ensuring the efficient implementation of the selected course.


4. Providing any personal data is voluntary, however, providing data requested by the Website is necessary to recruit for the selected course and to conclude a contract with the Administrator for the provision of services. If the necessary data are not provided, the Administrator may refuse to provide the service.


5. The data provided by the Participant during Registration are used for accounting purposes, to contact the Participant as part of the Website’s service, performance of the service as well as certification and recording of certificates obtained by the Participant.


6. Participant’s data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including relevant judicial authorities. Participant’s personal data may be transferred to third parties including entities located outside the UK, DUBAI, PAKISTAN AND IRAQ, to the extent necessary to undertake and settle the cooperation including in particular to entities comprising the awarding bodies certifying the Phoenix Security Global Services. 


7. If the Website receives information about the use of the Website by the Participant in breach of the regulations or applicable regulations, the Website may process the personal data of the Participant to the extent necessary to determine his/her responsibility.


8. The Website ensures the exercise of the rights of natural persons under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws EU L 119/1), including the right to free access to the content of own personal data, their correction, rectification, deletion and the right to control the processing of own personal data on the principles described in the regulation.


9. As part of exercising the right to control the processing of personal data, Participants have, in particular, the right to access personal data, the possibility of rectification, deletion, to limit processing and to request the cessation of personal data processing, withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, including before it expression, with the proviso that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal,. An objection may be made in any form, including in writing, by phone or e-mail.


10. Data on the state of health and criminal record shall be processed only on the basis of the consent of the Participant and on the basis of the Administrator’s rights arising from the obligation related to important public interest, pursuant to Union law or the law of a Member State. The mentioned above scope of data is proportional to the purpose set – confirmation of the legal possibility to participate in the Course.


11. The Website provides the Participants with the posibility to view and modify personal data on the principles set out in the Terms of service.


12. The Participant’s personal data may be delivered to the Website on the basis of entrustment by an authorized processor or external data administrator. The method of accessing the Website to your personal data affects in now way your rights, which were described in the previous paragraphs.


13. The website uses IP addresses collected during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection takes place). These data may also be combined with the data provided by the Participants in order to provide services offered within the Website.


I. Types of data collected, methods of their processing and categories of data recipients


Regarding student profile and data kept, it includes among others:
• full name (based on ID or passport)
• date of birth
• nationality
• contact details (mail address, phone number)
• postal address
• all documents provided by students during registration as well all information asked during online registration process presented on the website: www.euseca.com (to name a few, it may be: flight tickets / insurance / copy of European Health Insurance Card etc.).

PERSONAL DATA (full name, date of birth, nationality) is used in order to:
1) Prepare Official Phoenix Security Global Certificates
2) Register our students at databases in case of a few courses in order to get accredited certificates from awarding bodies:
a) Course: Maritime Security Operative

Qualification: Level 3 Award in the First Person on Scene
e) Course: Private Military Contractor
Institution: Security Training Authority
Databe: none / mail exchange of information / Word Document
Qualification: High Risk Environment Weapons and Tactics Competency

Our Academy pays attention to the correctness of personal details. We always ensure that the data on the certificates and at the databases match the name that can be found on identification. It is only possible while checking with a copy of passport or ID.

At the same time, the centre representative is asked by City & Guilds Awarding Body for „Confirmation of Candidate Identity” and to sign that „I confirm I have checked that the photograph submitted is a true likeness to the candidate. I have checked the I.D. provided by the candidate and that the name exactly matches the name on the Candidate Registration Form”. In case of doubts, those institutions ask PSG to present a copy of ID or passport of a student for a double check in case of for example: a spelling mistake.

What is more, Personal Data are:
1) visible on attendance lists during accredited exams as listed above (CPO, MSO, PMC, TCCC/MIRA). Every student from a particular training group when signing the attendance list can see the whole group and full name of particular students
2) provided to the companies responsible for printing ID cards / licenses
3) presented on attendance list when entering the shooting range (student’s signature is required as well)

a) Course: Maritime Security Operative
Purpose: Certificate Maritime Firearms Competency
b) Course: Close Protection Operative
Purpose: ID card / license
c) Course: Close Protection Operative
Purpose: Candidate Information Form Documents required for reporting graduates
d) Course: Close Protection Operative
Database: Training Manager
Institution: Association of First Aiders
Purpose: Reporting students in order to get accredited certificates

STUDENT’S IMAGE:
Is used on Phoenix Security Global Facebook Page for marketing reasons (photos and videos from the course)

Some of the exams are kept at the archive, whereas some need to be sent to the organization for checking and results entering (in case of Close Protection Operative Course).

used in order to send accredited certificates after some of the courses (CPO, MSO, PMC, TCCC/MIRA) as well as any other paper work after courses.

CONTACT DETAILS (MAIL ADDRESS / PHONE NUMBER)
We use these data for general correspondence relating to all issues related to registration process, arranging transport details (pick-up and drop off) for a group of Participant’s with transport at the same day and time, contact in case of employment possibilities from the companies our training centre cooperate with, newsletters.

PAYMENT AND COURSES HISTORY
We keep information regarding Participant’s courses: the ones s/he is going to attend and the ones s/he have already completed. Consequently, in case of payment history – information regarding payment for the course/s.

COMPANY DETAILS
In case of providing the invoice for the course, we keep information regarding Participant’s company, like VAT number etc.

INVITATION
In case of citizens from countries who cannot enter United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Iraq and Pakistan without Visa, we use full data from the passport in order to prepare an official invitation for Visa Application.

ACCESS TO DATA
All personal data can be processed by approved PSG Team. Access to data may be also granted to the approved authorities.
